Client Responsibilities :

Compliance: Clients agree to comply with all applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and local laws when using our services. Raul Construction is not responsible for any legal issues that arise from non-compliance on the part of the client.
Intellectual Property :
Ownership: Raul Construction retains all intellectual property rights to the designs, blueprints, plans, and other materials we create in the course of providing our services. Clients may use these materials solely for the construction project and in accordance with the terms of the specific contract or agreement.
License: Upon payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the architectural designs and construction plans for the specific project for which they were created. This license is governed by the specific terms in the contract between Raul Construction and the client.
Confidentiality :
Confidential Information: Both Raul Construction and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, sensitive, or confidential information shared during the course of the project. This includes, but is not limited to, project budgets, designs, business plans, and trade secrets.
Non-Disclosure: Neither party shall disclose any confidential information to third parties without the prior written consent of the other party, unless required by law.
Limitation of Liability :
No Warranties: Raul Construction provides its services on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties or representations about the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the services provided.
Limitation of Liability: Raul Construction’s liability for any damages arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for those services. Raul Construction is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit or revenue.
Termination :
Termination by Client: Clients may terminate their agreement with Raul Construction at any time, subject to the terms of the contract. In the event of termination, the client will remain responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered up to that point.
Termination by Raul Construction: Raul Construction reserves the right to terminate any agreement with a client if the client breaches these Terms, fails to comply with the payment terms, or if the client engages in any illegal or unethical behavior during the project.
Changes to Terms :
Raul Construction reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the responsibility of the client to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law :
